REV IT ! …. & Arms & Abs
Our version of Spinning. indoor cycling on a specially made stationary bike which offers superb cardiovascular and lower body conditioning set to music. All levels can cycle together; beginner to the more advanced, everyone will get a great workout – you pick the intensity then go for it!

 

Perfect after a Rev It class – round off your workout and presto, now you’re done !

P.M.S.
This means: PUMP your MUSCLES into SHAPE – yes, totally. A class combining upper and lower body weight work to gain strength and shape– your body will love it.

Step Up Your Cardio
This class is more for the intermediate stepper. It incorporates more involved step routines than the Step Beginner - intermediate class. If you have stepped before and have been looking for a fun filled challenging class – this is it ! Step, Step, Step away.

Step Beginner + Intermediate
This class is designed more for the beginner into intermediate level. The ‘language’ of step and combinations are taught at a pace that is easier to pick-up.

H.O.T. = High Octane Training
Ready, Set Go ! Heart rate goes up and your muscles get worked. It all gets done with intervals of cardio. What type of cardio you ask ? All types from high & low, to boxing inspired moves, right over to power step and sports conditioning.

D.I.S.C. - Glutes, Abs & Guts
Using the gliding discs, you will tone and strengthen your legs, thighs, butts and hip. The discs allow you to move your body weight in a more functional manner, a manner in which we move throughout our day-to-day routines. The Guts part, that means your body may not want to finish the class, but your determination will get you through it. Did I mention the Abs part?

Boot Camp
This class should get your booty moving. Cardio moves, Drills, body toning & abdominal work altogether to create an interesting situation. Phew, I can feel the heat already!

Cardio - Tabata Style (You can do it!)
Is designed to produce fast, powerful movements of the body and nervous system which then improves performance by increasing your speed and/or force in both the upper and lower body. Use the strength and elasticity of the muscle: load it and then contract it.

 

Tabata you say?
This is a new way of working out. A few simple moves repeated in a specific amount of time ... for 20 seconds, work as hard as you can ... 10 seconds of rest – repeated 8 times = 4 minutes of work. Then repeat 3 more sets for a total of 16-20 minutes of hard burning work.

A.B.C. = Abs, Butts & Core
A 30 minute class which focuses on those 3 main areas. Yes, you know those areas. Why not come and join the class – a little lifting is good for the soul.

Body Motion & Rock Bottoms
The challenge is to keep moving (in ‘motion’) while continuously lifting a light weight. Reps. That is what we are after. Challenge the cardiovascular system as well as the musculature system

 

Just as the words say ... bottoms up! Lift and firm that lower body.

Mixed Yoga & Hot Yoga
Mixed Yoga is based on different styles of yoga, like Ashtanga & Hatha. Some moves are more athletic in style which are designed to improve “flexible strength”, while others are a little more calming & gentle. Both styles fuse core-strength and the development and improvement of flexibility. All levels, both genders welcome.

CORE Pilates
This class is based on a set of principles called the PILATES principles. These principles are designed to develop core strength, correct body symmetry and develop a leaner, stronger body structure. It’s different and it works!
